It’s 1973. Fresh from Italy, Luigi sits at the family table in Brooklyn, surrounded by loved ones and a dream decades in the making. With passion in his voice and fire in his heart, he declares: “The best pizza in New York! No compromises—only the finest, all-natural ingredients. If we must grow them in our own backyard, so be it!”

From that very first day, Luigi’s vision took root. Today, nearly four decades later, his legacy thrives in a cozy, family-run restaurant in Park Slope, Brooklyn.

In 2000, Luigi’s son Giovanni proudly took the helm, joined by his sisters Marisa and Lisa, who bring the same love and dedication to every dish. Together, they carry on the tradition—no shortcuts, no substitutions. Just the best: rich olive oil, hand-picked ripe tomatoes and peppers, and our signature sauce that makes every slice unforgettable.

That spirit is shared by our amazing staff—Cain, Oswaldo, Raul, Pete, and Lou—who feel like family and help bring our kitchen to life every day with their hard work and heart. And now, the next generation is already stepping up—Giovanni’s young son, Luigi, loves helping out around the pizzeria, learning the craft one pizza at a time. Come taste a slice of our story.

One bite, and you’ll know why we’ve been a Brooklyn favorite for generations.
